Terms & conditions

  • Cancellation up to 7 days before arrival, after which the agreed total price must be paid.
  • No parties.
  • Events only after detailed consultation and approval.
  • Rest times: Mon.-Sat. from 10:00 p.m. - 6:00 a.m. Sat. from 2:00 p.m. - midnight Sun. & public holidays
  • No more people than booked or agreed. The surcharge per non-registered person is 60€ per night.
  • Check in, please only after notice, between 3:00 p.m. and 8:00 p.m.
  • Please check out by 10:00 a.m. Please note: For a late checkout that has not been previously agreed, we charge 60€ until 12:15 and 120€ after 12:15.
  • If the keys or RFID card are lost, the procurement costs (without installation) for new locks + keys must be reimbursed if these costs are not covered by insurance.
  • The apartment and the access are not completely childproof (gas stove, platform in the bedroom, stairs). Children are welcome but must be supervised.
  • Smoking is prohibited throughout the entire apartment; there is an ashtray on the terrace.
  • Pets are not permitted in the building, unfortunately no exceptions are possible.
